Ula Ojiaku is the Project Manager for the Centre for Graduate Excellence (CfGE) at Kingston University. Her project is focused on providing students with personalised co-curricular/ extracurricular opportunities to develop and practice essential, value-adding skills and attributes such as critical thinking.
Previously a global Simplification Programme Lead with BP, Ula also led the establishment and maintenance of key educational institution relationships on behalf of the company. Having also worked for a number of other notable multinational companies across several industries including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications/IT and Consulting, she has first-hand understanding of the value of critical thinking skills to employers.
An avid learner who is passionate about enterprise and empowering young people to succeed, Ula was one of the speakers at the 2016 Higher Education Entrepreneurship Group (HEEG) conference.
She has a BEng in Electronics and an MSc in Data Communication Networks and Distributed Systems (Computer Science) from the University College London.
