Dr. Lesley-Jane Eales-Reynolds

Lesley-Jane Eales-Reynolds has authored two books on critical thinking and is a sought after speaker on the topic of critical thinking and authentic assessment in higher education.

Before becoming the Deputy Vice Chancellor at Kingston University, she was previously the Director of Learning, Teaching, and Pedagogic Research at the University of Westminster, the Director of Portsmouth Institute of Medicine, Health, and Social Care at the University of Plymouth, and the Deputy Head of Learning & Teaching at the University of Surrey.

Lesley-Jane's portfolio is wide ranging with responsibility for the implementation of every aspect of the institutional education strategy at Kingston, including learning, teaching, quality assurance and enhancement, student support, academic practice and the student experience.

She is a founding member and Chair of the Association of National Teaching Fellows and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
